A leatherbound book of thirty-six pages (both sides counted), including a handwritten title page, two pages of typed copy pertaining to the artist, four pages of drawings, the unsigned drawing on the front and back of a page, two pages of photographs, and twenty-five blank pages. The book has a personal library label on the front inside cover; "Thomas L. Smith / In very good condition".

From John Howard (executor of Eva Remington's estate) to Francis Wilson

From Francis Wilson to Thomas Lewis Smith, who was Chairman of the Board of Standard Brands.

Descended through family to present owner, great-grandson of Thomas L. Smith
