To the unaided eye, the piece appears to be in good condition. There are no signs of restoration to the bronze. There are, however, some small breaks in the "rawhide" between some of the feathers on the headdress. The surface finish is consistent and free of corrosion. The piece is affixed to a rotating wood base. The base is in good condition showing normal signs of wear. There is an inscription on the base denoting the piece's title and the artist's name.
Inscribed base of bronze: 6/60 [fingerprint] Dave McGary 1999
