To the unaided eye, the piece appears to be in very good condition. Closer inspection under ultraviolet light reveals a normal fluorescence of artist's pigments, and no signs of restoration. The canvas panel does not show any warping. The artwork is framed in a custom carved and embossed frame with a gold and antique whitewash panel. The frame is in good condition with normal wear.
