The work is in good condition.Inspected outside of frame, the work has slight incidents of scuff marks at the bottom center of the margin.There is one small pencil point of possible foxing in the center, along the ridge of the hill. There is a slight acid stain from the matting long the bottom edge.The frame is intact at the corners and has numerous chips along the edges that could be repaired.
